Full Review:
we have just come back from a stay and cruise - staying in the Levante in Cala Bona and then a week on the Destiny. We had previously cruised on the Celebration and in our opinion there was absolutely no comparison. We were very disappointed with the state of the ship. It was in need of a complete refit and was more like a ferry than a cruise ship. There was nothing at all luxurious about the ship. The cabin was far too small with no where to plug anything in and no where to store luggage. The shower frequently flooded the bathroom as the curtain didn't fit properly. After the luxury of the Hotel Levante we were only glad we had to suffer a week on the ship.
Cruise Positives:
the dining room was fine, food very good and wine waiter very attentive. we met loads of people and overall despite being disappointed with the ship's condition, we enjoyed our holiday.
Cruise Negatives:
Thomson should take this ship out of service until it is of a standard that you would expect. We would not cruise with Thomson again in the near future.
