Having called Thomsons call centre as our party of two both had mobility problems & had paid extra for disabled cabin with another cruise line were told by staff all cabins are suitable for a wheelchair & had cruised on board destiny with a mother in law who was a wheelchair user we did not need to pay for a suite any cabin was suitable , this was a blatant lie we could not be moved as all cabins were full & had to endure a week without showering as cabin was totally unsuitable we have written a letter to complain but did not recieve a satisfactory answer STAFF ADVISED FROM OWN EXPERIANCE no she did not be aware
Cruise Positives:
met some lovely people front desk officer Marcy was extremley helpful & very knowledgeable.seen beautiful places Maderia a favourite.
Cruise Negatives:
lying staff who made our week extremly uncomfortable,how would you feel if you could not use toilet of shower we had to use toilet opposite restaurant
