Very dissapointed. Many complaints were made on board and by letter after the cruise. No satisfactory investigation, no replys to letters. Having had a superb cruise on the Celebration we were bitterly disapointed by the standard on this ship. We had staff going through our draws, queues of over 2 hours for excursions, showers that burnt our skin and literally ran hot and cold and worst of all a plumber walking into the cabin at 00.30 in the morning whilst my elderly mother was undressed. (she did not answer the door). Would not recommend. |
