This was our first time cruising and overall it was excellent! This is mainly down to the service which was impeccable from every member of staff, in particular Anthony cabin boy, our room was tidied about 3 times and we even had a turn down service with chocolates left on the pillow. Food fabulous with loads of choice. Choose the dining room as you are given your own table and waiters and build an excellent rapport with them. Entertainment surprisingly good. Yes, the ship is tired now but is very well maintained and cleaned. If I had to criticise it would be the size of the pool which was tiny, not enough time spent at the ports of call and too many smokers on deck but as I said it was overall very good. We loved Athens and the Acropolis, loved Ladies Beach in Turkey and adored Kefalonia. Santorini was a bit of a letdown as the trip was expensive and there wasn't much to do there and Mykynos also very expensive and Paradise Beach which is supposed to be the best beach was shingle/stones. Captains Night was brilliant and I would recommend it (even if you hate dressing up) as the food is excellent and photos are taken of you and the captain and it's all highly enjoyable. Kids Club also is very good with lots of activities for all ages. Lovely holiday!!

Cruise Positives:
Service 5* superb, food amazing, ports of call stunning, entertainment very good.

Cruise Negatives:
Beds are rock hard, not enough time in ports, too many smokers
