Full Review:
After reading previous reviews my wife and I boarded the emerald with slight concerns. Within 20 minutes of boarding all our fears had been overcome by the efficiency and friendliness of all staff on board .
Dining was superb with great variety and choice in both restaurants.
all the bars provided superb service and the all inclusive upgrade was brilliant value for money .
No complaints at all about ports of call where we did our own thing due to the locality of ship to towns we were visiting .
we booked a superior outside plus cabin which was cleaned twice a day by voltair our cabin steward and he was brilliant with a smile any time we met him service on board was the best customer service we have received while on holiday and thomson should be proud of th staff on the emerald .
facilities and entertainment on board was varied with things for you to do or just relax and do your own thing.
Cruise Positives:
graet food,cabin,service,entertainment,ports of call.Hopefully i have not missed anything out.
will certainly book another cruise onboard emerald
