Not only were the Front of House team cordial and efficient but every member of every division on the boat gave us such personal attention, charm and personality that it gave us the clear message that they were delighted to be working there as much as they were delighted we were there! Personal touches e.g. the waiters singing on the quay when we returned from a hard day in Cairo or Johnathan and Reggies version of a birthday cake for me in towel form in the cabin were among those uplifting touches that made the trip unique.
