Full Review:
This was without doubt the best holiday experience i have ever had. the ship was fabulous the food was exceptional and the staff were brilliant.
FOOD. wonderful...in all the restaurants and the waiting and bar staff were attentive, friendly and helpful for the whole cruise... special mention to Raj and ned of the waiting staff and to Tasha of the barstaff who never let my glass run dry.
Entertainment was fun and fresh and our favourite was the group TOP MEN, a great group of guys who even took time out to speak to our 9yr daughter. Bingo was expensive and called way too fast but you cant have everything.
The casino staff were friendly and efficient Ronald coupled with Draganna soon parted me with a few bob.
Cheryl and Caroline took care of my daughter and kept her entertained brilliantly.
The whole cruise as a whole was the best experience ever and i wont be going to a hotel for a holiday ever again...cruises give you a new view every morning and i just loved that.
My biggest accolade goes to my cabin steward Fortunato. this man worked tirelessly to keep our cabin clean and tidy all day every day. he cleaned in the morning.. in the afternoon and even turned the beds down at night with a chocolate on the pillows, and always with a friendly smile and calling you by name..nothing was too much trouble for this wonderfully hard working man.
Cruise Positives:
Fortunato....the rest of the staff.
Cruise Negatives:
kids club sometimes clashed with showtimes meaning we would miss a show because we had to collect our daughter.
